ABOUT AFRIPAHR

The African Parliamentarians Association for Human Rights (AfriPAHR) is an independent, non-partisan network of parliamentarians from the African continent that works to advance democracy, freedom of religion or belief (FoRB) and human rights to build a fairer and inclusive Africa, through diplomacy and fostering strategic alliances between nations.

Our vision is a continent in which every person can live according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the African Charter on Human and People’s Rights, enjoy Democracy and the Right to Freedom of Religion or Belief.
